A Fair Hearing is the process that allows you to dispute the denial decision if you believe it was decided unfairly. If you are currently on Medicaid and are informed that you are no longer eligible, you have only ten days to appeal in order to keep your Medicaid open pending the outcome of your appeal.

Typically, when one spouse needs extra help with their activities of daily living, the other spouse acts as the primary caregiver.
