Does Medicaid Cover Dental Implants?

The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by the Family Support Services . The goals of the MO HealthNet program are to promote good health, to prevent illness and premature death, to correct or limit disability, to treat illness, and to provide rehabilitation to persons with disabilities. Eligible persons receive a “MO HealthNet Identification Card” and/or a letter from the FSD.

The Family Support Division determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.

A limited number of the Family Support Divisions Resource Centers are open due to the pandemic. This impacts low income clients who previously would have visited the Centers or dropped off information. We need your help in getting the information out to members on their submission options.

To submit SNAP, Temporary Assistance, Child Care, and MO HealthNet applications, complete online at mydss.mo.gov or mail in the applications.

To submit information requested by FSD, clients can:

    ST. LOUIS A St. Charles woman will spend nearly five years in federal prison for her role in fraud schemes involving Missouris Medicaid program and the Paycheck Protection Program .

    Prosecutors with the U.S. Attorneys Office of the Eastern District of Missouri said Barbara Martin, 63, pleaded guilty on June 28 to conspiracy to commit health care fraud and bank fraud conspiracy.

    Had Martin used her name or Taylors name, the application would not have been approved because they did not meet the enrollment criteria. Prosecutors said Martin falsely checked no on the application when asked if the applying provider had ever been convicted of a crime.
